Polished Stainless Steel Flat Track Door Hardware

Polished Stainless Steel Flat Track Door Hardware Kits and Components

Polished Stainless Steel flat track hardware lends an elegant mirrored look to modern interior settings. Each kit is crafted from 304 stainless steel and covered in a Polished finish, so it stands up to regular use in high-traffic areas.

This lineup supports doors weighing up to 220 lbs and features Polished Stainless Steel flat track door hardware that glides smoothly and reliably. The exposed rail creates a crisp horizontal line across the opening, which suits both residential and commercial settings.

The systems allow flexible configuration. Rail lengths are available from 6 to 16 feet, and you choose between a single or double-door setup on one rail. There are face-mounted and top-mounted configurations, suitable for various door setups. Our flat track stainless steel door hardware works with wood and glass doors, accommodating a wide range of layouts.

Every kit includes rails, rollers, stops, floor guides, brackets, and other elements needed for installation. The Polished Stainless Steel finish reflects surrounding materials and aligns with other hardware elements in the space.

Matching accessories, including door handles and door latches, are available to create a uniform profile throughout the designer project.

All the parts are built for lasting use. Rollers distribute the door's weight evenly, so the construction stays solid and vibration is kept to a minimum, resulting in quieter, smoother movement. Floor guides maintain door alignment, and the solid stainless steel handles give a steady, balanced grip when opening the door.

Installation Guide and Door Hardware Configuration

Installation begins with accurate rail alignment and secure mounting into the structural backing. Space out the brackets so the rail stays level over the doorway. Check the attached instruction guide for how much clearance you'll need and where to mark fixing points.

Once the rail is secured, attach the rollers to the door, then place the door on the track. Add floor guides to stop the door from drifting sideways and to keep it centered. Adjust the rollers at the end to achieve a smooth travel and controlled stopping points.

For correct sizing, the rail should be about twice as long as the door’s width. That way, the door slides open all the way.
