Production and Shipping Lead Times
Lead times may vary and are only estimates. Please do not arrange for an install until you have received all correct items from your order. Strongar Hardware will not be responsible for any contractor expenses and/or other fees incurred outside of your transaction with Strongar Hardware.
Lead times vary depending on product customization requirements. For standard orders, door hardware can take 2-3 business days and may be shipped via FedEx or USPS. For custom orders, door hardware can take 10-60 business days and may be shipped via FedEx.
Freight shipping may be used when an order exceeds the capacity to be shipped using FedEx or USPS.
Once your hardware has been manufactured, it will ship via ground delivery service. If you require a shipping method other than standard ground shipping service, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of this order invoice to apply expedited shipping or expedited shipping options.
30 Day Satisfaction and Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied or need to exchange or return any items, you must do so within 30 days of receiving your order. A 20% restocking fee will apply. No returns will be accepted if the product has been installed. Please visit our return page for our return process.
Online Orders
It is the consumer’s responsibility to understand what they are ordering when using the online system. Strongar Hardware has provided many online photos resources and descriptions to help you during your order. Please read these descriptions carefully. Shipping Methods
All standard domestic shipping will be shipped via ground shipping and will take 3-5 business days. Ground shipping will deliver your product to your door. It is the consumer’s responsibility to arrange for installation. All orders received from Strongar Hardware, especially large orders which ship freight, must be inspected upon delivery for freight damage. Please do not schedule the installation for your door until the hardware has arrived. If your hardware is shipped via freight, the freight company will contact you for a delivery time.
Expedited Shipping options are available for an extra fee. Expedited shipping may be limited due to the weight of certain products. If you need expedited shipping please call Strongar Hardware at 1-800-259-7254 for help placing your order.
In the event that your specific product is no longer available, Strongar Hardware reserves the right to substitute the part with a comparable product in quality, style and color.
Limited One Year Warranty
All products come with a limited one year warranty that covers the functionality of our products. This warranty does not cover finishes, cosmetic discoloration, damage, improper installation or normal wear. We will replace any part that fails to function properly with the return of the failed product.
What is not covered: The following costs, expenses and damages are not covered by the this limited warranty. Labor Costs Including, but not limited to. Such costs as the removal and re-installation of products; and shipping, freight expenses required to return the product to Strongar Hardware.
Additionally, this warranty Does Not Cover scratches, abrasions, or deterioration due to the use of paints, solvents or other chemicals.
ALL METALS WILL RUST but at differing rates. Rust is a process of metal or metal alloys combining with oxygen atoms to produce an oxide. Rust is also seen as tarnish on some metals.
